Producing a case-study film and animation about the toughest period of NHS history and the challenges of workplace burnout
We were delighted to work with the wonderful team at Well_Lab and the amazing folk at Brink to produce this film with Bart’s NHS Trust. We spoke to the non-emergency drivers and senior management about their workplace challenges with burnout as a result of the pandemic.
Filming on location in and around an East London hospital and at the Wellcome trust, we had the pleasure of hearing the Bart’s NHS team’s stories and experiences and seeing how their work with Well_Lab was helping change their workplace culture.
We also wrote, produced and edited this lovely animation showing how Well_Lab works with organisations to bring about workplace change.
